The present invention addresses the problem of improving the volumetric energy density of a layered cell. A layered cell according to the present invention comprises: an electrode body which comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode; an electrode tab which is led out from the electrode body; an electrode terminal which is electrically connected to the electrode tab; and an outer case which contains the electrode body and the electrode terminal. This layered cell is characterized by comprising an electrode terminal bonded part in which the electrode tab and the electrode terminal are welded to each other and a sealed part in which the electrode tab, the electrode terminal and the outer case are sealed; and is further characterized in that the electrode tab, the electrode terminal, the outer case and the sealed part are aligned in one cross-section when the stacked cell is viewed from the in-plane direction.
