Abstract:
This layered composite member shape optimization analyzing method includes: a design space setting step S1 of modeling part of a vehicle body model comprising planar elements and/or three-dimensional elements, using layered composite members, and analyzing the optimization of the shapes of the modeled layered composite members, wherein the part of the vehicle body model to be optimized is set as a design space; a layered block model creating step S3 of creating a layered block model in which a plurality of layers having different material properties and comprising three-dimensional elements are layered in the design space; a joining processing step S5 of joining the layered block model to the vehicle body model; and an optimization analyzing step S7 of accept input of analysis conditions and performing optimization analysis to obtain the optimal shape for the layered block model.
