Abstract:
Provided are a layered food production device and production method for producing a layered food in which the outer form, and the shape of an inner cavity, are irregular and non-circular. This production device of a layered food (1) is provided with a dough supply unit (3) which adheres a liquid dough to the outer periphery of a core rod (12), a dough baking unit (4) which bakes the liquid dough to form baked dough (11) around the core rod (12), a conveyance means (5) for conveying the core rod (12) between the dough supply unit (3) and the dough baking unit (4), a forming tool (70) which has a forming surface (70A) conforming to the shape of at least part of the outer form of the core rod (12), and a drive means (71) which presses the forming tool (70) against the layered baked dough (11) formed around the core rod (12).
