Abstract:

A layered product comprising a thermoplastic resin and a rubber. It is obtained by: alternately superposing at least one thermoplastic resin layer (A) which comprises a polyamide resin matrix and an elastomer dispersed therein and at least one unvulcanized diene rubber layer (B) which comprises a diene rubber and a low-molecular diene rubber having acid anhydride groups and a weight-average molecular weight of 500-50,000 so that each underlying layer is partly or wholly overlain by the overlying layer to produce a layered object; and uniting the layers during vulcanization. Thus, the thermoplastic resin layer can be bonded to the rubber composition layer without using an adhesive layer.
