Provided is a layered product for a heat-insulating container with which a desired design can be realized, said layered product being a material for a heat-insulating container, on the surface of which is disposed a printing layer, wherein the printing layer surface has an excellent smoothness even after foaming. The layered product for a heat-insulating container has, from the outer surface side, at least a printing layer, a surface layer, a cover layer, a base layer formed from paper, and a water-vapor blocking layer that blocks water vapor arising from the paper from which the base layer is formed. The cover layer is formed from a high-pressure, low-density polyethylene. The surface layer is formed from a polyethylene resin having a higher melting-point temperature, as measured in accordance with JIS K 6922-2:2005, than that of the high-pressure, low-density polyethylene from which the cover layer is formed. The printing layer contains a urethane resin as a binder in a proportion of at least 18 mass% relative to the total mass of the solid content of the printing layer.
