Abstract:
A layered product for laser bonding which comprises an adhesive sheet that melts upon irradiation with laser light and a first member superposed on one surface of the adhesive sheet and comprising a thermoplastic foamed object. The difference between the melting point of the first member (Mfoam) and the melting point of the adhesive sheet (Msheet), i.e., (Mfoam)-(Msheet), is -50ºC to 20ºC, and the difference between the melt viscosity of the first member (Vfoam) and the melt viscosity of the adhesive sheet (Vsheet), i.e., (Vfoam)-(Vsheet), is 3.0×105 to 8.0×105 Pa∙s. Preferably, the layered product for laser bonding has a second member superposed on the other surface of the adhesive sheet, the second member having the property of transmitting the laser light.
