Abstract:
The invention relates to a laying aid for a floor covering (1), which comprises at least one spacer between a wall (3) rising from a floor (2) and the face of the floor covering (1) to be laid on the floor facing the wall in order to form a connecting joint (5). The aim of the invention is to create advantageous laying conditions. For this purpose, the spacer comprises a support base (6) resting on the floor (2), which, after a predetermined deformation resistance is overcome, is elastic in the direction of distance.
