A layout structure for a bogie flexible production line comprises a framework composition assembly layout and a framework and wheel set completion assembly layout. The framework composition assembly layout comprises a framework assembly station and a movable lifting apparatus, and each assembly station is provided with a set of movable lifting apparatus. The framework and wheel set completion assembly layout comprises a discharging station (5), a buffer station (7), an elevated completion assembly line (8), a wheel set completion station (9,) and a bolster completion station (10) according to an assembly sequence. The elevated completion assembly line (8) is provided with a program-controlled crane and an electric crane, a rail is paved on the ground of the wheel set completion station (9) and the bolster completion station (10), and a wireless automatic control AGV distributes a material to each station in a fixed point mode. The bogie flexible production lines are connected together in a central wireless control mode, material distribution quality and efficiency are improved, the assembly quality of a bogie is improved, and the production efficiency is improved. An assembly method for a bogie flexible production line according to the layout structure for the bogie flexible production line is further disclosed.
