Abstract:
An insulating layer and a dielectric layer for an LC filter, which are generally
constituted by stacking ceramic layers, are constituted by using an organic
material. Since the organic material is used for the insulating layer and the
dielectric layer, the layers can be manufactured without employing a process
such as a firing process of ceramic, and fluctuation in dimensional reduction
due to manufacture can be reduced. As a result, fluctuation in transmission characteristics
can be reduced.
