Abstract:
A leachate pretreatment system for a recirculated spraying system (2) of a furnace (1) is provided, which comprises a leachate tank (4) and an intermediate storage tank (3) connected to the recirculated spraying system (2). The leachate pretreatment system also comprises a first filter device (5) provided in the leachate tank (4), a first connection conduit (11) provided with a water inlet (110) and a water outlet (111), a second filter device (900) connected to the water outlet (111), and a drive device (50) for driving the leachate of the the leachate tank (4) to pass through the first filter device (5) to the water inlet (110) and feeding it to the second filter device (900). The second filter device (900) is connected to the intermediate storage tank (3) via a second connection conduit. The pretreatment system can accommodate conditions of a great amount of leachate and many impurities and has a high reliability.
