Abstract:
This lead-acid battery is provided with a negative electrode plate, a positive electrode plate, and an electrolytic liquid. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode material that contains carbon materials. The carbon materials include a first carbon material having a particle size of at least 32 μm and a second carbon material having a particle size less than 32 μm. The ratio R2/R1 of powder resistance R2 of the second carbon material to powder resistance R1 of the first carbon material is 15-155. A porous layer is disposed between the negative electrode plate and the positive electrode plate.
