Abstract:
It is possible to simplify connection between an insulating coated type lead
line extracted from a case containing zinc oxide varistor and an extracting conductor
within the case and performing a stable connection with a high mechanical intensity.
A lead line extracting first hole (31) is formed in the case (30) containing the
zinc oxide varistor (1). An extracting conductor connecting second hole (32)
is formed to orthogonally intersect the first hole (31). An insulating coated
end (20') of the lead line (20) is inserted into the first hole (31) and the
linear tip end of an extracting conductor (13) is inserted into the second hole
(32).The tip is made to penetrate the insulating coated end (20') so as to
make an electrical and mechanical connection to the lead line (20).
