A leak-proof container cover and a storage device. The storage device (10) comprises a container (100) and a container cover (200) provided at an open end (110) of the container (100); the container cover (200) comprises a cover plate (300), a movable piece (500), and a reset assembly (600); the cover plate (300) comprises a first surface (310) and a second surface (320) located between the first surface (310) and a closed end (120) of the container (100); the cover plate (300) is provided with a water hole (330) passing through the first surface (310) and the second surface (320); the movable piece (500) passes through the water hole (330), and can rotate with respect to the cover plate (300), so as to close or open the water hole (300); the reset assembly (600) comprises a first acting piece (610) provided on the movable piece (500) and a second acting piece (620) connected to the cover plate (300); a magnetic force can be generated between the first acting piece (610) and the second acting piece (620); after the water hole (330) is opened, the magnetic force can cause the movable piece (500) to close the water hole (330) again. The leak-proof container cover and the storage device can effectively prevent liquid in the container from leaking out.
