Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a leak test method whereby, in a workpiece having three divided spaces constituting gap portions, the amount of leakage from each space may be ascertained in isolation, and the determination to pass or fail the workpiece may be made accurately. [Solution] The leak test method is provided with steps (STEP-103, 105, 107, 110, 112, 114) for acquisition of total leakage quantities T1-T6, and a step for calculating, on the basis of the acquired total leakage quantities T1-T6, a first leakage quantity (outside leakage quantity Q1) representing the amount of leakage from a path R1, a second leakage quantity (outside leakage quantity Q2) representing the amount of leakage from a path R2, a third leakage quantity (outside leakage quantity Q3) representing the amount of leakage from a path R3, a fourth leakage quantity (inside leakage quantity q1) representing the amount of leakage from a path R4, a fifth leakage quantity (inside leakage quantity q2) representing the amount of leakage from a path R5, and a sixth leakage quantity (inside leakage quantity q3) representing the amount of leakage from a path R6, which are observed when a workpiece 10 has been pressurized with a gas to a predetermined pressure P.
