Abstract:

The present invention provides a leakage current value calculation device for accurately calculating the leakage current I0r, from among the leakage current I0 flowing through a circuit, that is a component caused by the ground insulation resistance value of the circuit. A leakage current calculation device 10 is provided with: a current measurement means 11 for measuring the leakage current flowing through a circuit A having a prescribed protective conductor; a voltage measurement means 12 for measuring phase-to-E-phase voltages that are the voltages between each phase of a power supply unit 1 of the circuit A and an E phase that is the protective conductor; a voltage value calculation means 131 for removing a potential difference resulting from the ground resistance of the protective conductor and calculating, on the basis of the phase-to-E-phase voltages, a prescribed voltage value resulting from the extraction of a voltage component applied to ground insulation resistance; and a current value calculation means 141 for extracting, on the basis of the prescribed voltage value, a component from among the leakage current that has a ground capacitance component removed and is caused by the ground insulation resistance value.
