It is an aim of the present invention to provide a lean-rich burner which forms an excess air flame and an excess fuel flame by means of the simple structure thereof, to thereby reduce the generation of noxious gas and to enable stable combustion. To accomplish the aim, the lean-rich burner of the present invention comprises: a main flame unit (110) for burning excess fuel mixture, in which primary air, which is a portion of the air supplied by an air blower, and fuel are mixed; auxiliary flame units (120) installed at the left and right sides of the main flame unit (110) to burn excess air mixture; a main mixture flow channel (130) for supplying the excess fuel mixture to the main flame unit (110); a mixture distribution hole (140) formed at the main mixture flow channel (130) to supply a portion of the mixture flowing along the main mixture flow channel (130) to the auxiliary flame units (120); and a Venturi unit (150) having a Venturi structure with a secondary air inlet hole (151) for mixing secondary air, which is a portion of the air supplied by the air blower, with the mixture introduced through the mixture distribution hole (140).
