Abstract:
This leanable vehicle is equipped with a vehicle chassis frame, a left wheel, a right wheel, a link mechanism, a left braking unit, a right braking unit, a left/right tilt state detection unit, a left slip ratio detection unit, a right slip ratio detection unit, and a braking control unit. The braking control unit adjusts the braking force of the left wheel on the basis of the slip ratio of the left wheel, and adjusts the braking force of the right wheel on the basis of the slip ratio of the right wheel. The braking control unit differentiates the timing at which the braking power for the left wheel is changed from an increase to a decrease and the timing at which the braking power for the right wheel is changed from an increase to a decrease from one another, when the left and right wheels are traveling on road surfaces having identical μ values, a tilt of the vehicle chassis frame in the left-right direction is detected, the braking power of the left wheel is adjusted on the basis of the left wheel slip ratio, and the braking power of the right wheel is adjusted on the basis of the right wheel slip ratio.
