Abstract:
Provided is a learning control device for a rolling process with which updating of a learning coefficient by means of an abnormal actual value can be avoided. A learning control device for a rolling process calculates a layer-specific learning coefficient current value, on the basis of a current actual value for a rolling process and a current predicted model; calculates a layer-specific learning coefficient updated value, on the basis of the layer-specific learning coefficient current value, and a layer-specific learning coefficient previous value stored in a learning table on a layer-specific basis in the same layer as the relevant layer-specific learning coefficient current value; determines an abnormality in the learning of the prediction model, on the basis of the result of a comparison of the layer-specific learning coefficient current value and the layer-specific learning coefficient previous value stored in the learning table on a layer-specific basis in the same layer as the relevant layer-specific learning coefficient current value; and, when it has been determined that an abnormality exists in the learning of the prediction model, does not update the previous value of the layer-specific learning coefficient.
