Abstract:
This learning device learns the weight of a binary neural network using an Ising machine, and comprises: a learning unit 1 that performs learning by using the Ising machine such that the sum of Hamiltonians H corresponding to learning data pieces becomes a ground state, where a binary neural network weight and an output from each unit of each layer of the binary neural network are associated with a spin of the Ising machine, wi is the ith weight of the binary neural network, the input data is x=(x1, x2, ..., xN, the output data is y, α is a predetermined real number, and H=α(y-(Σi=1 Nwixi))2; and an output unit 2 that outputs, as a weight corresponding to each spin, the value of each spin of when the sum of the Hamiltonians H becomes a ground state.
