LEATHER-LIKE SHEETY PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

A leather-like sheety product characterized in that it comprises (a) a sheet layer (1) consisting of a fibrous aggregate (1) of very fine fibers and a polymer elastic body (A), and (b) a sheet layer (2) consisting of a fibrous aggregate (2), and that (c) the sheet layer (1) and the sheet layer (2) are bonded together via an adhesive layer consisting of a polymer elastic body (B),(d) respective fibers invade into the adhesive layer at respective interfaces of the adhesive layer with fibers in at least the sheet layer (1) kept unjoined with the elastic body (B), and (e) the elastic body (B) is bonded to the elastic body (A) in the sheet (1) at the interface of the adhesive layer; and a production method therefor. Accordingly, the leather-like sheet is kept balanced in softness and buckling feature as in the case of natural leather, and can be curved with fine bending wrinkles and a roundness.
