Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an organogel-forming agent as well as a thickening gel composition using same, the organogel-forming agent being very safe for the body and environment as well as offering a pleasant feel and favorable gelling ability as a thickening gel composition and as an organogel-forming agent for forming reverse wormlike micelles. [Solution] Lecithin/ascorbic acid or an ascorbic acid derivative act as an organogel-forming agent for forming reverse wormlike micelles of a variety of oils, and a thickening gel composition having a reverse wormlike micelle structure can be obtained using a three-component mixed system of lecithin/ascorbic acid or ascorbic acid derivative/a variety of oils.
