Title:
LECTIN SPECIFICALLY BOUND WITH CORE 1 O-LINKED GLYCAN DERIVED FROM HERICIUM ERINACEUS MUSHROOM, AND USE OF SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/091030
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lectin specifically bound with core 1 O-linked glycan derived from Hericium erinaceus or with a sugar chain in which sialic acid, fucose, N-acetylglucosamine, or galactose is added to a basic structure including core 1 O-linked glycan, and to a use of the same. The lectin according to the present invention can be usefully used as an active ingredient of a glycoprotein, glycopeptide, glycolipid, sugar precursor, or oligosaccharide measuring and detecting composition or kit having a sugar chain in which sialic acid, fucose, N-acetylglucosamine, or galactose is added to a basic structure including core 1 O-linked glycan, or of a cell strain, bacteria, and virus measuring or detecting composition or kit including core 1 O-linked glycan having sialic acid added therein.
