Abstract:
An LED automobile lamp and manufacturing method thereof, and automobile headlamp assembly; the LED automobile lamp comprises a lamp body center post (10), a radiator (20), an LED chip (30) and a strip-shaped circuit board (40); the radiator (20) is provided with an installation hole thereat; the lower segment of the lamp body center post (10) is fixed in the installation hole; the circuit board (40) is embedded in a side wall of the lamp body center post (10) in an extension direction thereof; the circuit board (40) comprises a body part (410) and a welded part (420) connected to the body part (410); and the LED chip (30) is encapsulated in the upper segment side wall of the lamp body center post (10), and is electrically connected to the welded part (420). Also provided are a manufacturing method of the LED automobile lamp, and an automobile headlamp assembly. The LED automobile lamp effectively shortens a heat dissipation path, thus effectively improving a heat dissipation effect.
