Abstract:
An LED backlight boost drive circuit and a liquid crystal display device, which meet the requirement of driving an LED light bar (LB) with a high voltage and reduce the relative voltage value of the LED light bar (LB) to the ground. The circuit comprises a first power supply input end (A), a second power supply input end (B), an LED light bar (LB), a positive voltage boost circuit (40), a negative voltage boost circuit (50), and a dimming control circuit (60) used for carrying out dimming control for the LED light bar (LB). The first power supply input end (A) and the second power supply input end (B) are connected to the positive and negative electrodes of an external power supply (U1) correspondingly. The positive voltage boost circuit (40) is connected between the first power supply input end (A) and the positive electrode of the LED light bar (LB). The second power supply input end (B) is grounded. The negative voltage boost circuit (50) is connected to the positive voltage boost circuit (40) through the dimming control circuit (60). The output end of the negative voltage boost circuit (50) is connected to the negative electrode of the LED light bar (LB).
