Abstract:
Provided are an LED bulb lamp that is highly efficient in heat dissipation, and a process for manufacturing same, said LED bulb lamp comprising a lamp cover (2) and base (3), connected to the two ends of a lamp cup (1); the base (3) is sleeved in the inner cavity of the lamp cup (1); a base central plate member connector (341) passes through a lamp cup (1) center through-hole (121), an aluminum base plate center through-hole (51), and a second PCB board through-hole (71), causing a connection contact (621) arranged at the edge of the end section of a first PCB board (62) to automatically energize the circuit of both a connection contact (72) adjoining the edge of the second PCB board through-hole (71), and an LED light source (53); the threaded posts (36) of the two sides of a base central plate member (34) push against a lamp cup mounting plate through-hole (122) and aluminum base plate through-hole (52), and connect by means of screws (61) the aluminum base plate (5), the lamp cup (1), and the base (3); the periphery of the base central plate member (34) and the threaded posts (36) form a lamp cup inner ring area (13); between the lamp cup inner ring area (13) and the outer periphery of the lamp cup (1) are emplaced a plurality of adjacently arranged U-shaped heat-dissipating tabs (14) opening outward and running vertically through the lamp cup (1) along the bottom of a lamp cup mounting plate (12); the heat generated at the lamp cup inner ring area (13) passes through a heat dissipation channel (15), formed by two adjacent U-shaped heat-dissipating tabs (14), and is expelled to the exterior of the lamp cup (1).
