Abstract:
An LED bulb lamp with soft light source and a manufacturing method thereof. The LED bulb lamp with soft light source comprises a screw head (1), a base (2), a PCB driving board (3) sleeved in the base (2), a lamp body (4) and a lampshade (5) which are sequentially connected. The base (2) is sleeved in the cavity of the lamp body (4) through the bottom of the lamp body (4), and an LED board (6) is covered on the top of the lamp body (4). A screw (8) penetrates an LED board screw hole (61), a lamp body screw hole (41) and a base screw bolt (21), and then make the LED board (6), the lamp body (4) and the base (2) fixed as a whole. After going through base through holes (23), lamp body through holes (42) and LED board through holes (62), electrical wires (31) on the PCB driving board (3) are welded to welding spots (63) arranged on the LED board (6) and the welding spots (63) are electrically connected to every LED light source (64). The lampshade (5) is assembled on the lamp body (4).
