Abstract:
An LED carrier tape, comprising: a carrying body (1) and a plurality of accommodation cavities (2) disposed in the carrying body (1) and used for accommodating LED chips. One surface of the accommodation cavity (2) is provided with an anti-adhesion layer (3) for preventing adhesion to the LED chip. The anti-adhesion layer (3) can prevent a packaging adhesive of the LED chip from bonding to one surface of the accommodation cavity (2) to produce bonding stress, so that the LED chip can be adsorbed by an automatic chip mounter more easily, waste of the LED chip is avoided, and chip mounting efficiency is improved.
