Abstract:

Disclosed is an LED display device. The LED display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of multi-pixel packages arranged in a matrix form having row and column directions on the substrate, wherein each of the multi-pixel packages includes a package substrate, and two or more pixels located on the package substrate, wherein each of the pixels includes a red LED chip, a green LED chip, and a blue LED chip; and a driver IC for independently controlling the multi-pixel packages on a pixel-by-pixel basis, wherein the anode terminals of the LED chips in the pixels neighboring one another in a row direction are connected in common so that the pixels can be scanned on a row-by-row basis according to a scan signal.
