An LED display power supply and a display device. The LED display power supply comprises a first power supply circuit (100) and a second power supply circuit (200). The first power supply circuit (100) comprises a first voltage transformation module (110) and a first backup current-equalizing module (120), and the second power supply circuit (200) comprises a second voltage transformation module (210) and a second backup current-equalizing module (220). An output voltage of the other power supply circuit is collected by means of one of the backup current-equalizing modules, output voltages of the two power supply circuits are compared, and then a comparison result is fed back to the voltage transformation modules. When the output voltages of the two power supply circuits are unequal, the voltage transformation modules adjust the output voltages according to a feedback result, such that the output voltages of the two power supply circuits reach a balanced state, thereby enabling the heating amount of the two power supply circuits to be balanced; and the problem of display chromatic aberration of LED lamp beads caused by unbalanced heating of the two power supply circuits is avoided, thereby improving the display quality.
