Abstract:
An LED downlight, comprising a heat sink (1), an aluminum LED base plate (2) mounted on the heat sink (1), multiple LED lights (3) mounted on the aluminum LED base plate (2), a lens (4) mounted on the LED lights (3), an inner ring (5), and an outer ring (6). The heat sink (1), the lens (4), and the aluminum LED base plate (2) are fixed by the inner ring (5). The outer ring (6) fixes the inner ring (5). Outer ring trim (7) is installed between the inner ring (5) and the outer ring (6). One end of the outer ring trim (7) is fastened to the lens (4), the other end being installed between the heat sink (1) and the outer ring (6). The present LED downlight employs a metal fitting combination of the outer ring and the outer ring trim, improving upon the structure of the outer ring, reducing the processing steps in automobile production, effectively reducing costs, improving the selectivity of surface treatment techniques, and improving the performance of LED downlights.
