The present invention is configured of: a metal substrate (10) having a first air passage hole (11) and a second air passage hole (12) each formed on the inner side thereof and a plurality of LED devices (13) mounted on one surface thereof; a first heat sink (20) coupled to the opposite surface of the metal substrate (10) and having a first heat dissipating fin (21) formed on the outer periphery thereof and a second heat dissipating fin (22) formed on the inner periphery thereof; a second heat sink (30) having a third heat dissipating fin (32) formed on the outer periphery thereof and a fourth heat dissipating fin (33) formed on the inner periphery thereof, and having the third heat dissipating fin (32) formed on the outer periphery which is disposed so as to intersect the second heat dissipating fin (22) formed on the inner periphery of the first heat sink (20); and a first heat dissipating passage space (40) formed at a position corresponding to the first air passage hole (11) of the metal substrate (10) between the second heat dissipating fin (22) of the first heat sink (30) and the third heat dissipating fin (32) of the second heat sink (30).
