The present invention relates to an LED illumination device, comprising: an upper reflective part having a lower surface which is a reflective surface; a substrate which is installed in the center of the lower surface of the upper reflective part and on which a plurality of LEDs are mounted; and a lower reflective part having an upper portion which comes in contact with the central part of the substrate and having an upper surface which is inclined so that the lower portion thereof is spaced apart downwardly from the edge of the upper reflective part, thereby forming a light emission port through which light of the LEDs is emitted between the lower portion thereof and the edge of the upper reflective part. The present invention can illuminate, considering the installation height thereof, a relatively broad area, and thus, when the LED illumination device is installed outdoors, there is no need to use a high installation stand, which leads to an effect of reducing costs. In addition, when the LED illumination device is installed indoors, the illumination device can facilitate the maintenance and cleaning thereof and can prevent occurrence of safety accidents.
