An LED illumination lamp includes a standard lamp cap (1), a heat dissipation device (2), an LED illuminant (3) and a lampshade (4) covering the LED illuminant. The heat dissipation device (2) is positioned behind the lampshade (4). The LED illuminant (3) is positioned on the heat dissipation device (2). Fins (21) are positioned around the heat dissipation device (2). Ventilation cavities (22) are formed among adjacent the fins (21). At the external of the fins (21), a bottom case (5) covers the heat dissipation device (2) from the back of the device. Ventilation holes (51) correspond to the ventilation cavities (22) of the heat dissipation device (2), which are positioned at the back of the bottom case (5). The standard lamp cap (1) is fixedly connected to the end of the bottom case. When the lamp is glowing, the heat absorbed from the heat dissipation device can be insulated by the bottom case (5), so the external of the lamp is not hot. The user can easily use the lamp. When the lamp is glowing, air can pass through the ventilation channels which are formed by the ventilation cavities and ventilation holes. The heat of the fins of the heat dissipation device can be taken out of the lamp, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
