An LED lamp having a cushion pad, comprising a mounting base (10), a lampshade (90), and a housing (30). A cavity is enclosed by the mounting base, the lampshade, and the housing. A heat sink (20) is provided in the top of the cavity. A plurality of radiating fins (21) is provided below the heat sink. The bottoms of the radiating fins are connected to a circuit board (40). The circuit board is fixedly connected to a support plate (50). Both sides of the support plate are provided with grooves (51). A fixed plate (70) is provided in the grooves. A cushion pad (60) is provided between the fixed plate and the support plate. LED lamp beads (80) are provided below the fixed plate. A cushion gum (81) is provided between each LED lamp bead and the fixed plate. The LED lamp beads pass through the fixed plate and the support plate to be electrically connected to the circuit board. In the LED lamp, the temperature of the circuit board is not excessively high and heat generated at the joint between the circuit board and each LED lamp bead is reduced. Application of the cushion pad or the cushion gum reduces damages to internal small parts caused by shaking during transportation and installation, thereby prolonging the service life of the entire LED lamp.
