Abstract:
An LED lamp tube and a preparation method therefor. The LED lamp tube comprises a tube body (31), a lamp cap (33), and a heat dissipating adhesive (35). A main light bar (32) having an LED is mounted in a tube cavity (311) of the tube body (31). The lamp cap (33) is provided at an end portion of the tube body (31) and seals the opening of the end portion of the tube cavity (311); one end of the lamp cap (33) facing towards the tube body (31) is provided with a lamp cap accommodating cavity (331); a power supply module (34) is mounted inside the lamp cap accommodating cavity (331); and the lamp cap (33) is provided with a through hole (332), the through hole (332) being in communication with the lamp cap accommodating cavity (331). The heat dissipating adhesive (35) is provided in the lamp cap accommodating cavity (331) and covers at least part of the power supply module (34). Ventilation holes (351) are provided on the heat dissipating adhesive (35), and at least one ventilation hole (351) being in communication with the through hole (332) and the tube cavity (311); alternatively, a ventilation channel is formed between the heat dissipating adhesive (35) and the inner wall forming the lamp cap accommodating cavity (331), and the ventilation channel is in communication with the through hole (332) and the tube cavity (311) The preparation method for an LED lamp tube is used for preparing said LED lamp tube.
