Abstract:
An LED lamp using aluminum-based flat plate heat pipes for heat transfer, the LED lamp comprising a first flat plate heat pipe (11), second flat plate heat pipes (12) and an LED light source (15), wherein the first flat plate heat pipe (11) and each second flat plate heat pipe (12) each comprise a plurality of sub-heat pipes (112); grooves (114) are provided in cavity walls of the sub-heat pipes; cavity bodies of the flat plate heat pipes and the grooves (114) in the cavity walls of the sub-heat pipes are together integrally press-formed from aluminum or aluminum alloys; a plane of a surface of the first flat plate heat pipe (11) is in direct or indirect contact with a heat source of the LED light source (15), and a plane of a surface of each second flat plate heat pipe (12) is in direct or indirect contact with the plane of the surface of the first flat plate heat pipe (11); and an axis of each sub-heat pipe (112) in the first flat plate heat pipe (11) and/or each second flat plate heat pipe (12) extends horizontally and/or upwards in a linear and/or curved manner relative to a heat source point in contact with the sub-heat pipe (112). The LED lamp not only has excellent heat dissipation performance, but also has greatly reduced weight.
