Abstract:
An LED lamp using a glass lamp cover with internally coated remote fluorescent powder comprises a lamp head (5), a radiator (4) and a light emitting chip (3). One end of the radiator (4) is connected with the lamp head (5), and the light emitting chip (3) is mounted at the other end of the radiator (4). The glass lamp cover (2) with fluorescent powder is mounted outside the light emitting chip (3) and fixed at the other end of the radiator (4). The inner wall of the glass lamp cover (2) with fluorescent powder is coated with the remote fluorescent powder. A coating method of the fluorescent powder is also disclosed. The LED lamp using the glass lamp cover with internally coated remote fluorescent powder has positive effects of good light penetrability, higher luminous efficiency, simple product design, wider illumination range, less amount of fluorescent powder dosage, better heat dissipation performance, and better safety performance.
