An LED lamp comprises: LED elements including an LED element included in a first group and an LED element included in a second group; a first switch for turning on/off a current supplied from a first power supply; a second switch for turning on/off a current supplied from a second power supply; a first relay unit which is supplied with a current from the first power supply by an on/off operation of the first switch, and includes at least one relay; a second relay unit which is supplied with a current from the second power supply by an on/off operation of the second switch, and includes a resistor for driving the relay included in the first relay unit; a first SMPS which is connected to the first relay unit and converts a current having an AC voltage, received from the first relay unit, to a current having a DC voltage, so as to supply the current to the LED element included in the first group; and a second SMPS which is connected to the first relay unit and converts a current having an AC voltage, received from the first relay unit, to a current having a DC voltage, or is connected to the second relay unit and converts a current having an AC voltage, received from the second relay unit, to a current having a DC voltage, so as to supply the current to the LED element included in the second group.
