Abstract:
Disclosed are an LED lamp with a fan, and manufacturing method. The LED lamp comprises an upper lamp body (21) and a connected lower lamp body (22); the upper lamp body (21) is a prism, the peripheral prism facets thereof are covered with an LED aluminum substrate (4); the open end of an inner cavity is radially connected to an LED PCB (5); the tube body protrudes at the bottom of the LED PCB (5) for accommodating a capacitance box (6); a lamp base (1) accommodates an LED drive (43) and a fan (8); a lamp covering (3) is provided with a plurality of exhaust passages (311) thereon axially extending into the lamp covering, and perforations (52) are arranged on the LED PCB (5) corresponding to the exhaust passages (311); and a heat dissipation channel of the LED lamp is formed by an air inlet (222) disposed at the open end of the lower lamp body (22) communicating with the outside, a window (11) disposed in the outer wall of the lamp base (1) corresponding to the air inlet (222), an air outlet (65) on the capacitance box (6), a ventilation channel formed between the inner wall of the upper lamp body and the LED PCB (5), and the exhaust passages (311) connecting with the ventilation channel.
