Abstract:
An LED lamp comprises an optical member (1, 1'), a heat-dissipating casing (2, 2') and LEDs (3, 3'). The optical member (1, 1') is situated above the heat-dissipating casing (2, 2'). LEDs (3, 3') are situated on the inner surface of the heat-dissipating casing (2, 2') and covered within the optical member (1, 1'). The heat-dissipating casing (2, 2') is made of heat-dissipating ceramic materials. LEDs (3, 3') are fixed on the inner surface of the heat-dissipating casing (2, 2'). A metal layer (4, 4') is coated on the inner surface of the heat-dissipating casing (2, 2'), and LEDs (3, 3') are welded on the metal layer (4, 4').
