An LED lamp, comprising: a housing (1); a power supply part (3) which is arranged inside the housing (1); a heat sink (4) connected to the housing (1) and provided at one end of the housing (1); a light source part (2) which is arranged on the heat sink (4) and electrically connected to the power supply part (3); a lamp holder (5) which is connected to the housing (1); and a rotating structure (6) which is arranged on the connecting part between the housing (1) and the heat sink (4). The rotating structure (6) comprises a first rotating component (61) and a second rotating component (62) which are oppositely arranged. The first rotating component (61) comprises a first rotating surface (611) and the second rotating component (62) comprises a second rotating surface (621), the first rotating surface (611) and the second rotating surface (621) being oppositely arranged. The acute included angle between the first rotating surface (611) and the side wall of the housing (1) is a, and the acute included angle between the second rotating surface (621) and the side wall of the housing (1) is b. The included angle a is larger than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 75 degrees. The included angle b is larger than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 75 degrees. The LED lamp can control the light emitting direction.
