Abstract:
Disclosed are an LED light bulb wick structure made of a flexible filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) emitting light over 360°, and a method for manufacturing same. The wick structure is composed of a filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39), a wick support column (5), and a fixing retainer ring (9), wherein the wick support column (5) is connected to at least one freely bending and formed monochromatic or multi-colour semiconductor light-emitting LED flexible filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39); the filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) is threaded in the fixing retainer ring (9) on the wick support column (5) to form a filament retaining assembly; two ends of the filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) are respectively riveted to metal filament terminals (8) of the wick support column (5); and the filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) and a lamp housing (2) are sealed, exhausted, evacuated, and filled with helium to form a separate sealed light-emitting body. The LED light bulb wick structure made of a flexible filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) emitting light over 360° has characteristics such as being highly efficient and energy-saving, and having a long service life, 360° light emission, no interruption, no shadow, multiple colours, and multiple models. In the LED light bulb wick structure made of a flexible filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) emitting light over 360°, the filament (3, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) can be positioned according to the number and position of the fixing retainer rings (9) so as to form light-emitting assemblies of arbitrary shape and different models, and can achieve different light-emitting effects according to different usage requirements.
