Abstract:
Provided is an LED light-emitting device wherein an LED light source and a control circuit board can be appropriately cooled according to the respective heat release rates thereof. This LED light-emitting device comprises a heat-conductive cooling member having a first surface provided with at least one groove supplied with a coolant and a second surface formed on the opposite side from the first surface, a heat-conductive lid member for covering the groove of the first surface, a plurality of LED light sources disposed toward the second surface, a control circuit board disposed toward the first surface with the lid member interposed therebetween and adapted to control the driving of the LED light sources, and a heat insulator disposed at least in the area of contact between the cooling member and the lid member.
