Abstract:
Provided is an LED light source, comprising a driver chip (30) and several LED dies (11). The several LED dies (11) are connected in series. The first and last LED dies (11) are connected to an external power supply (VCC) and a first terminal of the driver chip (30) respectively. A second terminal of the driver chip (30) is grounded. The driver chip (30) and the LED dies (11) are packaged in a packaging adhesive (40). The driver chip (30) provides over-voltage and over-current protection for the LED dies (11), so as to adapt to different driving voltages.
