Abstract:
A light-emitting diode (LED) light strip (10), comprising: a flexible circuit board (1) and LED beads (2), which are provided on the flexible circuit board (1); further comprised is a light guide sheet (3), the light guide sheet (3) being provided on a light exiting surface from among two adjacent LED beads (2); the light guide sheet (3) comprises at least one light entering surface (4) and a light exiting surface (5), two ends of the light entering surface (4) of the light guide sheet (3) being attached to light exiting surfaces of two LED beads (2) at corresponding positions. Further provided is a backlight assembly, comprising a middle frame (8), a light guide plate (9) which is disposed within the middle frame (8), and the LED light strip (10), a light exiting surface (5) of the light guide plate (3) being provided opposite to the light guide plate (9). Compared with the existing technology, providing the light guide sheet (3) on the light exiting surfaces of two adjacent LED beads (2) causes a part of a light which is emitted from the LED beads (2) to enter the light guide sheet (3), and a reflection which passes through the light guide sheet (3) transfers a part of a light ray to a gap between the two LED beads (2), thereby eliminating hotspots.
