Abstract:
According to one aspect of the technical idea of the present invention, provided are an LED lighting substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, the LED lighting substrate comprising two unit substrates having a semi-circular shape, and an element part having a plurality of LED elements mounted on the unit substrates, wherein: the two unit substrates are arranged in a circular shape; the unit substrates comprise a main body part having a side, and a plurality of branch parts extending respectively from the main body part in the direction of moving away from the side so as to have curved ends; a plurality of groove parts having curved inner ends are formed respectively between the branch parts; the branch parts comprise a central branch part located at the center among the plurality of branch parts, a plurality of first branch parts located on one side of the central branch part, and a plurality of second branch parts located on the other side of the central branch part; and the groove parts comprise a plurality of first groove parts located on one side of the central branch part, and a plurality of second groove parts located on the other side of the central branch part, and a waste area of a mother substrate is minimized in the manufacture of a circular lighting substrate so that economic feasibility is improved.
