An LED marker for golf course and an LED marking method for golf course using it in which a marking object, e.g. a pin flag or a yard mark, is made visible even in a rainy or foggy day or in a dark time zone of sunset and a player can play golf quickly and comfortably in safety without recognizing a target erroneously. The LED marker (1) is preferably provided with an inclination sensor (8) for turning power supply to the LED light emitting unit (5) on&sol off by detecting inclination of the pole (2). Furthermore, a contact sensor for turning power supply to the LED light emitting unit (5) on&sol off by detecting contact state between the pole (2) and a cup is preferably provided.
