The present invention relates to an LED module used in various lighting devices, wherein an LED module superior in lighting effects, heat radiating effects and waterproofing effects may be easily mounted or exchanged in various lighting devices, and component elements of the LED module itself may be easily mounted and exchanged, thereby enabling to exchange PCBs,lenses or the like in various shape as necessary. The LED module includes: a PCB mounted with a plurality of LED elements in a housing serving for heat radiation; a supporting ring for pressing the rim of the PCB; a lens secured on the supporting ring; a rubber ring secured on the rim of the lens for water-proofing and dust-proofing functions; a ring-shaped cover formed with a circular space section coupled with the rim of the housing and emitting light to the outside via the lens; and a coupling screw for coupling the cover with the housing. According to the LED module, the LED module itself or the PCB or the lens in the LED module may be freely exchanged as necessary, thereby improving convenience on behalf of users.
