Abstract:
An insulation film is formed on a substrate; a first ground pad and a second ground pad which are separated from each other are formed on the insulation film; a first isolation film with which the distance between the ground pads is filled, a second isolation film stacked on one surface of the first ground pad, and a third isolation film stacked on one surface of the second ground pad are formed; a first partition wall layer with a predetermined height is formed on each isolation film; a seed metal is sputtered at the substrate above which the first partition wall layer is formed; a second partition wall layer with a predetermined height is formed on the first partition wall layer; first and second mirrors connected with the first and second ground pads are formed by performing a metal plating process on the substrate above which the second partition wall layer is formed; the first and second partition wall layers are removed; a Zener diode and an LED are connected on the first and second mirrors; and a fluorescent substance is stacked to fill the space formed by the first and second mirrors.
