The present invention relates to an LED package comprising a red organic-inorganic hybrid light-emitting material and a backlight unit employing the same and, specifically, to an LED package comprising a red organic-inorganic hybrid light-emitting material having a composition of chemical formula 1 below, and a backlight unit employing the same.
